how do you work fifa-FS?

i am still having this problem, i cant figure out how to work fifa-FS,,this is the only thing that is preventing me from putting my kits into the game,and it is so frustrating, i have all the right tools for kits for fifa manager 10, but this reterded fifa-FS is so hard to figure out,any help would be much appreciated.
